There are just some recipes that must be known by heart and whipped cream is one of them. I prefer my whipped cream to be soft peaks, but if you need the whipped cream to hold its shape, continue beating on high until it reaches the peak you prefer.
Make and serve the whipped cream:
In a chilled mixer bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetener and the extract. Beat on high until soft peaks form. Serve right away dolloped on top of your favorite sweets or drinks.
