Sipping this warm, delicious drink is one of my favorite ways to start a morning...especially if I am experiencing any inflammation or achy joints. Perfectly balanced and quick to make, this latte sets me up for the entire day.
Prepare the almond milk:
In a microwave safe bowl, heat the almond milk for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on high power, pausing to stir at the halfway point. The result should be warmed through completely.
Make & serve the latte:
Add the turmeric and ginger and whisk to combine. Pour the almond milk equally into 2 mugs. For added froth, continue whisking if desired.
