Roasted Kale Chips

When chopped kale is slow roasted, it becomes a flavorful, crispy snack.  

Ingredients
 Organic Curly Kale - 1 bunch, stems removed & leaves roughly chopped
 Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
 Garlic Powder - ½ tsp
 Kosher Salt
 Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Prepare the oven & pan:
Preheat the oven to 250°. Have a large, rimmed baking sheet ready and set aside.

Prepare the kale:
In a large stainless steel bowl, toss the kale, oil and garlic powder until well combined. Spread the mixture onto a large, rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with a good pinch of salt and several grinds of pepper.

Roast the kale:
Roast for 40 to 50 minutes until crispy. Remove from the oven and cool for at least 10 minutes as the chips will continue to crisp up. Serve and enjoy!
