The already prepared Instant Pot - Slow Pulled Seasoned Beef (see Related Recipes) keeps on giving in this easy weeknight meal. The South-of-the-Border flavored meat delivers ultimate flavor when combined with smoky gouda cheese. For those who may have some time on their hands, I have created an oven baked version. But for those of you who need something really fast, there is a microwave version as well. Both are great options and will not disappoint.
Prepare the oven & pan:
Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Assemble the tacos:
Stuff each taco shell with about 2 to 3 tbsp of meat and top with a good pinch of cheese. Lay side by side in the pan.
Warm the tacos:
Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted. Monitor the tacos to make sure the shells don't brown too much more.
Serve the tacos:
Divide the tacos among plates and top with your favorite garnishes. Eat at once.
Assemble & warm the tacos:
Stuff each taco shell with about 2 to 3 tbsp of meat and top with a good pinch of cheese. Lay 2 to 3 side by side on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes to 2 minutes on High Power until warmed through and the cheese is melted.
Serve the tacos:
Top with your favorite garnishes and eat at once.
