Everyone has to have one good cream cheese frosting. I like mine very rich but not too sweet.
Ingredients
Organic Cream Cheese - 8 oz at room temperature
Grass Fed Unsalted Butter - 4 tbsp softened
Compliant Confectioners Sugar - 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Organic Heavy Cream - 2 tbsp
Pure Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Kosher Salt

Make the frosting:
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add the cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar, heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla and a good pinch of salt and mix on high for about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides as needed.
